DYLA is the AI-powered retail intelligence layer for jewelry brands. It helps brands understand customer intent, taste, and context — and turns that into expert styling, visual discovery, and personalized shopping experiences across every touchpoint.
The Role
As a Full Stack Product Engineer at DYLA, you will own end-to-end product initiatives that define how jewelry brands use AI across stores, customer journeys, catalogs, and sales workflows.
You’ll architect and ship the foundational systems powering our mobile-first product experiences, AI shopping workflows, catalog intelligence, brand dashboards, in-store tools, and backend infrastructure across our React, React Native, Python, AI, and Cloud stack.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build from ambiguity and ship products that real brands, store teams, and customers use every day.
What You’ll Do
Own Product Initiatives: Build and ship core product surfaces across customer experiences, in-store tools, catalog intelligence, and brand dashboards from concept to launch.
Architect Full Stack Systems: Design reliable backend systems, APIs, data models, background workflows, integrations, and infrastructure that scale across brands and stores.
Build Mobile-First Experiences: Create polished React Native experiences for customers, store teams, and brand operators where speed, reliability, and taste matter.
Integrate AI Into Retail Workflows: Work with LLMs, visual AI, customer context, catalog data, and inventory intelligence to make shopping feel personal, useful, and effortless.
Turn Complexity Into Product: Take messy real-world retail problems and turn them into simple, reliable, premium product experiences.
Work Across the Stack: Move comfortably between product, mobile, backend, data, AI integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
What You Bring
End-to-End Product Builder: Proven ability to build and ship full-stack products from idea to launch.
Strong Engineering Judgment: Ability to design clean systems, crisp APIs, durable data models, and scalable architecture.
Mobile Product Experience: Experience building production mobile or consumer product experiences with strong attention to UX, speed, polish, and reliability.
AI Product Intuition: You understand that AI features are only valuable when they are fast, trustworthy, explainable, and embedded into the user’s actual workflow.
Product Taste: You care when a recommendation feels generic, a flow has too much friction, or an experience does not feel premium enough for the category.
High Ownership: You do not wait for perfect specs. You clarify, decide, build, measure, and improve.
Curiosity and Pace: You are excited by AI, commerce, visual discovery, and consumer behavior and can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
